Drone Photography
Some perspectives only exist from above. As an FAA-licensed and insured drone pilot serving Park City, Heber, and the Salt Lake Valley, I bring that perspective to architecture, branding, and construction projects that deserve to be seen in full: the scale of a mountain property, the layout of a development, the way a building meets its landscape. Aerial imagery adds context and impact that ground-level shots can’t capture on their own.
Whether you need sweeping exterior shots for an architectural portfolio, dynamic aerial visuals for a branding campaign, or progress photos to document a construction project from groundbreaking to completion, I plan every flight around the right light, weather, and airspace requirements. The result: final images as polished and intentional as the rest of my work. Fully licensed, fully insured, and ready to get your story off the ground.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you licensed to fly commercially?
Yes. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and carry liability insurance for every flight, so you can be confident the work is done legally and safely.
Where do you fly?
I primarily serve Park City, Heber, and the Salt Lake Valley, though I’m happy to discuss projects outside that area.
What kind of image quality can I expect?
I fly a DJI Mavic 3, which captures high-resolution images with excellent detail, dynamic range, and color the same qualities I look for in any camera I use. Every image is then edited to match the polished, professional look found throughout my portfolio.
Can drones fly anywhere?
Not quite. Airspace is regulated, and some areas near airports, national parks, or private property require special authorization or aren’t permitted at all. I handle all the airspace research and permissions as part of the planning process, so you don’t have to worry about it.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Wind, precipitation, and poor visibility can all affect flight safety and image quality. If conditions aren’t right on the scheduled day, I’ll work with you to reschedule for a day that gives us the best shot.
Can drone photography be combined with your other services?
Absolutely. Aerial imagery pairs well with ground-level architectural or branding photography to tell a more complete story, and many clients book both as part of the same project.
How far in advance should I book?
As with my other photography services, I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for time-sensitive projects like construction milestones or properties with a tight listing timeline.
